When you access or use our services and website you are agreeing to be bound to the following conditions and terms (“Terms”). You are not permitted to access or use our services or website in the event that you do not agree to the terms of these conditions.

Service Description

ZohoPackaging offers a platform for users to develop and purchase customized packaging items. Our offerings include but aren’t only limited to design support along with product printing and the handling and shipping of your package.

Order Processing and Payment

Every order will be subject to the acceptance of ZohoPackaging. ZohoPackaging retains the option to deny any order at any time for any reason. ZohoPackaging accepts all kinds of payment methods. When you place an order, you are agreeing to pay the full amount of the purchase including fees for shipping and taxes.

Delivery and Shipping

ZohoPackaging will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the time frame that is provided upon purchase. We cannot however promise delivery times or dates and we are not responsible for any delivery delays. You are responsible for the payment of any import or customs duty and taxes applicable to your purchase.

Design and Printing

ZohoPackaging will use all its efforts to create your items in accordance with the specifications given when you purchase. However, we cannot warrant that the color or design of your products will correspond to the image that you see on your computer. ZohoPackaging is entitled to change or make modifications to your design in order to guarantee the integrity and quality that the product will be of high quality and integrity.

Product Warranty

ZohoPackaging guarantees that the products we sell will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of time that is mutual understanding. If you experience a defect in a product, you must call us in the time frame of warranty to make a request for a replacement or refund. The warranty will be subject to contract.

Intellectual Property

ZohoPackaging is the owner or holds the right to utilize the intellectual property rights of all users on our websites and services including trademarks, logos design, trade secrets. You are not permitted to make use of or copy any intellectual property we own without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ZohoPackaging is not responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages that result from or relating to the use of our site or products. Our total responsibility for any claim that arises out of or in connection with our website or service will not exceed the price you have paid for the products or services.

You accept to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ZohoPackaging and its affiliates, officers employees, directors as well as its agents and licensors against any claims or losses, damages and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ costs, that arise from or relating to your use of our site or our services.

Assignment

You are not able to transfer or assign these Terms, or the rights and obligations you have arising under the Terms, without ZohoPackaging’s prior written permission. ZohoPackaging can transfer or assign these Terms, or all of the obligations or rights it enjoys under these Terms, without explicit written permission.

Notice

ZohoPackaging can send an email notice to you either by regular mail or via posting a notice via our site. Notice to ZohoPackaging must be in written form.
